Hi, I’m Erica
A fitness manager at the Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center (LFJCC) in San Diego, fitness instructor, personal trainer, and single mom of two beautiful girls.
After my divorce, I found myself rebuilding not just my life, but my identity. Movement became my anchor, not in the “bounce back” kind of way, but in the real, messy, grounding way. I wasn’t chasing six-packs or aesthetics. I wanted strength, stability, and something that made me feel like me again.
I teach a wide range of classes from Pilates and kickboxing to strength training and community movement programs. That diversity keeps my approach inclusive, accessible, and real.
I consider myself an anti-influencer, not because I’m against visibility, but because I believe wellness should be rooted in real life, not just what’s curated online. My mission is to help people return to their communities — show up at local gyms, move alongside neighbors, and rediscover connection through shared space.
If we’re going to rebuild anything, our strength, our identity, our sense of belonging, it starts where we are, with what we have.
